Shipping & Returns

Haven of Horrors  aims to process orders the same day so that your item will be received by you ASAP, in rare circumstances it may take a few days to process an order due to stock availability if this is the case you will be notified every step of the way on the progress of your item. 

We aim to offer the most affordable options on shipping for our customers and use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Calculated Shipping options. If tracking is required, please make sure you select the shipping option which allows for tracking.  Please note that Haven of Horrors can only pursue a lost item claim with USPS if the item was shipped with tracking and insurance. If an item is lost in the mail without tracking Haven of Horrors can not be held accountable. If an item is lost via an international order with or without tracking we will do our best to help locate the item, however, for a refund of the item cost, insurance will always need to be purchased for all orders both national and international.

We also offer combined calculated shipping for our products, just add the items you want to your cart and the combined shipping will be calculated when you checkout. Calculated shipping and combined shipping is based on combined product weight and may not reflect accurate costs.  If you have any concerns with the calculated shipping costs, please contact us prior to purchase.

All items are shipped from Langhorne, PA USA. 

Please note: All items leaving Haven of Horrors are in new/factory condition unless otherwise stated or advertised. Haven of Horrors holds no responsibility on the condition of items received as we are unable to be responsible for the actual handling when it leaves Haven of Horrors. If a package should arrive damaged you can place a claim to the shipping company for reimbursement if shipping was purchased with insurance.

 

How do I return an item?

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase please contact customer service to arrange the return of your item and refund/exchange or store credit, if applicable.

  • A refund less a 10% re-stocking fee and original shipping costs can be issued provided the item is returned unopened and undamaged within 7 days from the date of receipt; the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Items returned within 7 days from the date of receipt, which have been opened, will be eligible for store credit only, less 20% restocking fee and original shipping costs. All items must be returned with original packaging; the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • We will not accept returns on items which exceed 21 days.
  • Clothing is only accepted as a return if returned within 7 days from date received and unopened.
  • Jewelry is not accepted as a return due to hygiene.

Items returned must be sent with tracking to ensure receipt of the return and refund/exchange as applicable.
