Shipping policy

At Haven of Horrors, we hustle to get your order out the door ASAP, with most shipments leaving the same day when ordered before 2pm EST! Sometimes, it might take a tad longer, but we'll keep you in the loop every step of the way.

We strive to give our customers the best shipping deals by using Calculated Shipping options. We've got plenty of shipping methods, from standard to speedy delivery!

All shipping options are detailed during checkout. We provide combined calculated shipping, adding items to your cart will trigger the calculation during checkout. Costs are based on total product weight and may not be exact. Reach out if you have concerns.

Delivery times vary, depending on the shipping method selected. Each shipping method will display the expected delivery time provided by the shipping provider.

Typically, the indicated delivery timeframe is precise, although some shipments may experience delays. If your delivery is overdue, utilize the tracking number from your order to monitor its progress.

If tracking is required, please make sure you select the shipping option which allows for tracking and appropriate insurance coverage.  Please note that Haven of Horrors can only pursue a lost item claim with USPS if the item was shipped with tracking and adequate insurance. If an item is lost in the mail without tracking Haven of Horrors can not be held accountable.

All items are shipped from Langhorne, PA USA. 

Please note: All items from Haven of Horrors are new/factory condition unless stated otherwise. Haven of Horrors is not responsible for item conditions post-shipping.

If you are a collector seeking pristine packaging, please contact us before placing your order. If available, we will select an item with no shelf wear on the packaging, and for an additional fee, we can ship with extra packing material.
