Shipping

We aim to offer the most affordable options on shipping for our customers and use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Calculated Shipping options. If tracking is required, please make sure you select the shipping option which allows for tracking. Please note that Haven of Horrors can only pursue a lost item claim with USPS if the item was shipped with tracking.

We also offer combined calculated shipping for our products, just add the items you want to your cart and the combined shipping will be calculated when you checkout.

Return Policy

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase please contact customer service to arrange the return of your item and refund/exchange or store credit, if applicable.

A refund less a 10% re-stocking fee and original shipping costs can be issued provided the item is returned unopened and undamaged within 7 days from the date of receipt; the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Items returned within 7 days from the date of receipt, which have been opened, will be eligible for store credit only, less 20% restocking fee and original shipping costs. All items must be returned with original packaging; the customer is responsible for return shipping.
We will not accept returns on items which exceed 21 days.
Clothing is only accepted as a return if returned within 7 days from date received and unopened.
Jewellery is not accepted as a return due to hygiene.

Items returned must be sent with tracking to ensure receipt of the return and refund/exchange as applicable.
